Polükarbonaate
Polükarbonaate are a group of thermoplastic polymers. They are known for their high impact resistance, optical clarity, and thermal stability. The chemical structure of polycarbonates is characterized by carbonate groups (-O-(C=O)-O-) linked together. These polymers are formed through the polymerization of bisphenol A and phosgene, or through transesterification processes involving bisphenol A and diphenyl carbonate.
Polükarbonaate are transparent and can be easily molded, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.
