Piiramad, also known as the Pyramids of Giza, are ancient Egyptian pyramids located on the Giza Plateau, near Cairo, Egypt. They were built as tombs for the Pharaohs Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure during the Old Kingdom period, approximately between 2580 and 2500 BCE.
