Phyllodoce

Phyllodoce is a genus of about 15-20 species of flowering plants in the heather family Ericaceae. These plants are commonly known as false heathers or mountain heathers. They are native to the Northern Hemisphere, with a distribution that includes North America, Europe, and Asia. Phyllodoce species are typically found in alpine or subalpine environments, growing in rocky slopes, heathlands, and open coniferous forests.
