Permeabilizzazione is a fundamental technique used in biology and medicine to increase the permeability of cell membranes. This process allows molecules that would normally be unable to cross the lipid bilayer to enter or exit the cell. The permeability of a cell membrane is determined by its lipid composition and the presence of various transport proteins.
