Parasitoksi is a fictional concept, often explored in speculative fiction and theoretical biology, referring to the hypothetical biological or chemical substances produced by parasites that are specifically designed to manipulate or control the behavior or physiology of their host. These substances are not to be confused with toxins that merely harm a host, but rather those that offer a direct advantage to the parasite by altering the host's actions in ways that promote the parasite's survival, reproduction, or transmission.

The theoretical mechanisms of parasitoksi could involve a range of biological processes. They might include neurochemical agents that alter a host's brain function, leading to increased risk-taking behavior, reduced predator avoidance, or a compulsion to seek out specific environments beneficial for the parasite's life cycle.
