Palkkatasoon

Palkkatasoon is a Finnish term that refers to the pay level or wage scale assigned to a job or position. In practical terms it denotes the level of compensation within an organization, department, or sector, often expressed as a series of pay grades or bands that guide base pay and progression.

In Finland, palkkatasoon is frequently defined through collective agreements negotiated between employers and employee organizations.
