Orderramavtal
Orderramavtal is a part of the procurement process in which a contracting authority and a supplier agree on terms for orders placed under an existing framework agreement. A ramavtal (framework agreement) sets general terms, prices and performance requirements for a specific product category or service area over a defined period. An ordrramavtal functions as the operational part of the framework, regulating how individual orders are placed and executed under the ramavtal. In an orderramavtal, it is specified how orders should be requested, how volumes and delivery times are determined, which delivery and invoicing terms apply, and how price and potential price adjustments are handled for each specific order. It is common for ramavtal to be used in public procurements in Sweden and within the EU to enable efficient, transparent purchasing where competition has already occurred when awarding the ramavtal.
How it works: After the ramavtal is awarded, the buying authority places individual orders through the orderramavtal
Common clauses cover scope, pricing structure, delivery and payment terms, service or performance levels, warranty, liability,
