Nordmarka
Nordmarka is the northern portion of Oslo's vast forested belt, collectively known as Marka. Lying within the municipality of Oslo, it forms a large, continuous woodland area north of the city, interlaced with lakes, rivers, and marshland. The landscape is predominantly boreal forest with spruce and pine, punctuated by birch patches and several small cabins and settlements.
