Nordiclanguage
Nordiclanguage is a proposed constructed language intended as a common second language for speakers across the Nordic region. It aims to facilitate communication among speakers of Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Icelandic, Finnish, and related Nordic languages while supporting regional cultural identities. The project envisions a simplified, regular grammar, with limited inflection and predictable verb conjugation, and a phonology designed to be easily pronounceable for most Nordic language speakers. The vocabulary draws on core elements from the Nordic language groups and is augmented by a small set of internationally familiar roots to ease learning. Orthography uses a Latin-based script with diacritics optional and spelling designed to be consistent with pronunciation.
