Nonmedis

The term is commonly used in Indonesian health care contexts to distinguish nonclinical staff from tenaga medis, or medical personnel. It encompasses a broad range of roles that support clinical care and facility operations.

Roles typically included under nonmedis are administrative staff, management, accounting and finance, human resources, procurement, facility management, cleaning and sanitation, food services, security, transportation, and information technology support.
