NizariNasrid
NizariNasrid is a composite term occasionally used in modern writing to denote a hypothetical intersection between two distinct medieval Muslim polities: the Nizari Ismaili movement and the Nasrid dynasty that ruled Granada. It is not an established historical designation for a single polity or state.
The Nizari Ismailis, often popularly called the Assassins, originated in the 11th century with fortress networks
In scholarship and fiction, NizariNasrid may be used to explore hypothetical contacts between Ismaili intellectual currents
