Nightwish
Nightwish is a Finnish symphonic metal band formed in Kitee in 1996. The band's musical style combines elements of symphonic metal, gothic metal, and folk metal, characterized by orchestral arrangements, operatic vocals, and heavy guitar riffs. The original lineup featured songwriter and keyboardist Tuomas Holopainen, vocalist Tarja Turunen, guitarist Emppu Vuorinen, bassist Sami Vänskä, and drummer Jukka Nevalainen.
Nightwish gained international recognition with their second album, "Oceanborn" (1998), and achieved significant success with "Wishmaster"
