Imaginaerum
Imaginaerum is a 2012 Finnish fantasy film and the seventh studio album by the symphonic metal band Nightwish. The film is loosely based on the concept album of the same name, also by Nightwish. The story follows an elderly man named Thomas who is in a coma, reminiscing about his life and finding his lost youth through his imagination. The film blends reality and fantasy, depicting Thomas's memories as fantastical dreamscapes. It was directed by Stobe Harju and stars French actor François Montagut as the younger Thomas.
