Nevete
Nevete is a small, rural locality located in the eastern part of the Balkan Peninsula, within the administrative boundaries of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The settlement lies at an elevation of approximately 350 metres above sea level, in a valley surrounded by mixed deciduous forests and foothills of the Dinaric Alps. The nearest urban centre is the municipality of Brčko, situated roughly twelve kilometres to the north.
The earliest documented reference to Nevete dates back to the 14th century, when it appeared in Ottoman
According to the 2013 census, Nevete has a population of 245 residents, predominantly of Bosniak and Serbian
Culturally, Nevete preserves traditional Bosnian customs, celebrating the Islamic festival of Ramadan and the Christian feast
