NaClliuoksena is a city and coastal municipality in the fictional Nordic realm of Nordari in the northern archipelago. It lies on a sheltered bay along the southern edge of the Skjold Range, with an iron-gray coastline and mixed conifer forests inland. The municipality has a population of about 62,000 as of 2023. The name is derived from the NaCllian and Uoksen languages, meaning "harbor of the winds," reflecting its exposure to Atlantic gyres.
