Mustepitoisista is a small, largely uninhabited island located in the Baltic Sea. Its name translates from an archaic dialect as "octopus island," though no significant octopus populations are known to reside there. The island's terrain is characterized by rocky shores, sparse vegetation, and a generally low elevation. Geologically, it is part of a larger archipelago formed by ancient glacial activity.

Historically, Mustepitoisista served as a temporary fishing outpost for local communities centuries ago. Remains of rudimentary stone structures, likely used for shelter or storing gear, can still be found.
