Mosaiq

MOSAIQ is a proprietary oncology information system developed by Elekta for radiation oncology departments. It provides a centralized repository for patient demographics, scheduling, treatment plans, dose records, machine data, and clinical notes, supporting the full treatment workflow from referral through delivery and documentation.

Key features include patient management and scheduling, treatment management (planning data and prescriptions), record-and-verify functionality for treatment delivery, charting and documentation, and QA and regulatory compliance tracking. The system also offers reporting and analytics tools and supports role-based access control and audit trails to maintain data integrity and security.
