Momotaros

Momotaros is a fictional character from the Tokusatsu series Kamen Rider Den-O. He is a Taros, a type of ghost or spirit that can possess humans. Momotaros is the primary Taros that possesses Ryotaro Nogami, the main protagonist of the series.

Momotaros is characterized by his strong, often arrogant, personality. He is a powerful fighter and enjoys battling, frequently taking control of Ryotaro's body to engage in combat. His appearance is that of a red ogre or oni, with distinctive horns and a mischievous grin. He often wears a red scarf.

Despite his aggressive nature, Momotaros develops a complex relationship with Ryotaro. Initially, their cohabitation is driven by necessity and a shared goal of defeating the Imagin who are disrupting time. Over time, a grudging respect and even a form of camaraderie emerges between them. Momotaros's desire to fight is often tempered by Ryotaro's more pacifistic tendencies, leading to humorous and dramatic situations.

Momotaros's signature attack is the "Momotaros Kick," a powerful aerial kick. He wields a weapon called the "DenGasher" in sword form. His catchphrases are well-known among fans of the series. He is a fan favorite due to his charismatic and entertaining personality, offering a distinct contrast to Ryotaro's more meek demeanor.
