Moekaupas
Moekaupas are a small, nocturnal marsupial native to the dense rainforests of the Atherton Tableland in Queensland, Australia. They belong to the family Petauridae, which also includes sugar gliders and mahogany gliders. Moekaupas are characterized by their distinctive reddish-brown fur, large dark eyes, and a long, bushy tail. They possess a gliding membrane, or patagium, that stretches from their wrists to their ankles, allowing them to glide between trees.
