Mkhuze
Mkhuze, also known as iMkhuze or Mkhuze Game Reserve, is a protected area located in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. It is situated in the lowlands of the northern part of the province, close to the border with Mozambique. The reserve covers an area of approximately 400 square kilometers and is characterized by a diverse range of habitats. These include dry savanna woodlands, acacia thornveld, sand forest, riverine forest, and extensive reed beds around Lake St Lucia.
