Misregnháræðar refers to a phenomenon where an individual experiences or perceives rain as falling disproportionately or unusually in their vicinity, often contrasting with the general weather conditions of a larger area. This can manifest as localized showers or drizzles that seem to target a specific spot or person, while surrounding areas remain dry.
