Menetstabilitási refers to the inherent stability of a threaded connection under various conditions. It encompasses the ability of a screw or bolt to maintain its tightness and resist loosening due to external forces or vibrations. Several factors contribute to menetstabilitási, including the thread geometry, the materials of the mating parts, and the presence of any locking mechanisms.

The pitch and form of the threads play a significant role. Tighter pitches generally offer greater resistance to loosening compared to coarser pitches. The flank angle and the root radius of the threads also influence how well they engage and resist separation. Surface finish and lubrication can also impact menetstabilitási.
