Megfázások

Megfázások, commonly known as the common cold, are viral infections of the upper respiratory tract. They are caused by various viruses, including rhinoviruses, coronaviruses, and adenoviruses. Symptoms typically include a runny or stuffy nose, sore throat, cough, mild to moderate fever, muscle or body aches, and fatigue. Megfázások are highly contagious and can spread through respiratory droplets when an infected person talks, coughs, or sneezes. The duration of symptoms usually ranges from a few days to a week, although some people may experience symptoms for up to two weeks. There is no specific treatment for megfázások, but over-the-counter medications can help alleviate symptoms. Rest, hydration, and avoiding contact with others can help prevent the spread of the virus. In most cases, megfázások resolve on their own without the need for medical intervention.
