MTVA
MTVA, short for Médiaszolgáltatás-támogató és Vagyonkezelő Alap (Media Service Support and Asset Management Foundation), is a Hungarian government-owned foundation that serves as the umbrella organization for the country’s public service media. It was established in the early 2010s as part of a reform of public broadcasting and merged the previously independent Magyar Rádió (Hungarian Radio), Magyar Televízió (Hungarian Television), and Duna Televízió into a single entity responsible for managing assets and funding for public media.
