MK9H

MK9H is a microcontroller unit (MCU) designed by Toshiba TMCX. Released in April 2003, it operates with Flash memory, making it suitable for various industrial and commercial applications. The device's memory range spans from 16 to 128 KB on-chip.

The MK9H is capable of operating at clock rates up to 40 MHz, depending on external factors such as temperature and voltage. In conjunction with integrated peripherals, this capability allows the MCU to handle various low-level applications without the need for external logic. Peripherals include universal serial communication controller, two channel 10-bit ADC, and two UART. Each UART can operate at speeds up to 230.4 Kbps.

MK9H functions at multiple memory external interface options. This wide versatility allows the MCU to meet individual development requirements in varying applications by providing a coupling capability to adhere to strict timing for memory external applications. Through use of large FLASH memories with minimal need for external memory, MK9H is an effective solution for most basic industrial applications.

Various specialized functions are implemented into the MCU, giving versatility to suitment a large variety of applications in various sectors. DK software development kits and IDEs are usable with its implementing the information with the DC driver.
