MEGiä

MEGiä is a Finnish electronic music duo formed in Helsinki in 2016. The group consists of vocalist and lyricist Mia Kemppainen and producer and composer Juha Kuha. Their music is characterized by its blend of synth-pop, ambient, and experimental electronic elements, often featuring ethereal vocals and atmospheric soundscapes.

MEGiä gained initial attention through online platforms, sharing early demos and remixes. Their debut EP, "Echoes in the Void," was released independently in 2018, receiving positive feedback for its unique sound and introspective themes. The duo has since released several singles and an album, "Nebula Dreams," in 2021.

The lyrical content of MEGiä's songs frequently explores themes of nature, dreams, and introspection, drawing inspiration from Finnish folklore and mythology. Kemppainen's vocal style is often described as delicate and emotive, while Kuha's production creates rich, layered sonic textures.
