Luvrymders are a fictional species of humanoid aliens originating from the science fiction universe of the *Star Trek* franchise, specifically featured in the animated series *Star Trek: The Animated Series* (1973–1974). The name "Luvrymder" is a portmanteau combining "love" and "murder," reflecting their dualistic nature as both benevolent and violent beings.

Physically, Luvrymders resemble tall, slender humanoids with elongated limbs and a smooth, pale complexion. Their most distinctive feature is their large, expressive eyes, which can shift color depending on their emotional state. They possess a unique biological trait: their bodies can absorb and redistribute energy, allowing them to survive in extreme environments and even regenerate from severe injuries.

Culturally, Luvrymders are highly advanced, with a society built around the concept of "harmonic balance."
