Lindaster is a genus of extinct marine reptiles belonging to the order Plesiosauria. These creatures lived during the Late Jurassic period, approximately 150 million years ago. Fossil evidence indicates that Lindaster inhabited the shallow seas that once covered parts of what is now South America, particularly Argentina.
