Levanger

Levanger is a municipality and town in Trøndelag county, Norway. It is part of the Innherad district and the administrative centre is the town of Levanger. The municipality lies along the Trondheimsfjord and includes urban areas as well as surrounding rural districts, with farmland, forests, and a coastal shoreline.

Historically, Levanger grew as a port and market town on the fjord, and today its economy is diversified across agriculture, services, and light industry.
