Kvantitatívar refers to a quantitative approach to analyzing and interpreting data, particularly in the context of research, social sciences, and decision-making. The term originates from the Latin *quantitātīvus*, meaning "pertaining to quantity," and emphasizes the use of numerical measurements, statistical methods, and empirical evidence to understand phenomena. Unlike qualitative methods, which focus on non-numerical data such as observations or text, quantitative analysis relies on measurable variables, statistical tests, and mathematical models to derive conclusions.

This approach is widely applied in fields like economics, psychology, medicine, and public policy, where researchers seek to quantify relationships, trends, or causal effects.
