According to the Koordinationsebenen model, human movement can be categorized into four distinct levels of coordination. The fourth and final level of coordination is known as the "high-level" coordination, which is associated with expert-level performances in sports, arts, or other human activities. These individuals demonstrate exceptional control, precision, and adaptability.
