Konverbima

Konverbima is a small fishing village located on the island of Flores in the East Nusa Tenggara province of Indonesia. The village is situated on the western coast of the island, near the town of Labuhanbajo. Konverbima's economy is primarily based on fishing and agriculture, with many residents making a living by catching and selling fish to markets in nearby towns.

Geographically, Konverbima is situated in a coastal area with a relatively flat terrain. The village is surrounded by hills and mountains, which provide a natural barrier against strong winds and ocean currents. The climate in Konverbima is hot and humid year-round, with heavy rainfall during the wet season.

The village has a small population of around 2,000 residents, who primarily speak the local dialect known as Manggarayi. Many residents have converted to Christianity, but there are still a significant number of adherents to the local traditional beliefs and practices. Despite being a small village, Konverbima has access to basic amenities such as schools, healthcare facilities, and telecommunications.

Konverbima's remote location and lack of infrastructure make it a relatively isolated village. However, in recent years, the construction of new roads and bridges has improved access to the village, making it easier for residents and visitors to travel to and from the area. As a result, Konverbima is gradually becoming more integrated with the surrounding region, with potential opportunities for economic growth and development.
