A typical kontrollrapport includes an executive summary, scope and methodology, findings and non-conformities, risk assessment, conclusions, recommendations, and an action plan with responsible parties and deadlines. Data and evidence such as checklists, measurements, photographs, and referenced documents are usually appended. The report may also rate risks and indicate priority levels for corrective actions.
