Kognitivinen

Kognitivinen is a nonstandard variant spelling of the Finnish adjective kognitiivinen, meaning "relating to cognition" or "pertaining to mental processes." In Finnish discourse, the term is used in psychology, cognitive science, education, and philosophy to describe mental activities such as perception, attention, memory, reasoning, problem solving, and language. The emphasis is typically on internal representations and information processing rather than solely on observable behavior.
