Kisshomir
Kisshomirō Ueshiba (1921–1999) was a Japanese aikidoka who served as the second Doshu, the head of the Aikikai Foundation, the central organization of aikido. He was the eldest son of Morihei Ueshiba, the founder of aikido. After Morihei's death in 1969, Kisshomirō assumed leadership of the organization and guided its growth for three decades, maintaining the art's emphasis on harmony and self-improvement while expanding its reach worldwide.
