Kissaparvoviruses
Kissaparvoviruses are a genus of viruses within the family Parvoviridae. These viruses are known to infect certain species of cats, particularly domestic cats. The name "Kissaparvovirus" is derived from its association with felines. The genetic material of these viruses is single-stranded DNA. Like other parvoviruses, kissaparvoviruses replicate in the nucleus of infected host cells.
