Kirkcaldy
Kirkcaldy is a large town located on the north coast of the Firth of Forth in Fife, Scotland. It is the third-largest settlement in Fife, after Dunfermline and Glenrothes. Historically, Kirkcaldy was a royal burgh and developed as a centre for linen and floorcloth production. It was once known as the "Lang Toun" due to its linear layout along the coast.
