Kaphas

Kaphas are a type of energy or dosha in Ayurvedic medicine, one of the traditional Indian systems of healing. Along with Vata and Pitta, Kapha is considered one of the three fundamental bio-energies that govern the body and mind. Kapha is primarily associated with the elements of earth and water, and it is believed to be responsible for structure, lubrication, stability, and cohesion within the body.

Ayurvedic practices aim to balance the doshas, including Kapha, through diet, lifestyle adjustments, herbs, and other therapeutic interventions. Understanding one's dominant dosha, including Kapha, is considered key to maintaining health and well-being in Ayurveda.
