Kameng is a river in the northeastern Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh. It is part of the Brahmaputra river system and plays an important role in the hydrology and ecology of the region. The river rises in the eastern Himalayan foothills and flows generally southeastward, traversing the districts that carry the same name, East Kameng and West Kameng, before joining the Bhareli River, which ultimately contributes to the Brahmaputra basin in Assam.
