Kalaram
Kalaram, also known as Kaluram Mandir, is a Hindu temple located in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. The temple houses a prominent black stone statue of Lord Rama, commonly referred to as Kaluram. The idol is the focal point of worship in the sanctum, and depictions of Rama with Sita and Lakshmana accompany the main image in various parts of the temple complex. The temple stands in the historic Panchavati area near the Ramkund bathing ghats along the Godavari river, a site with longstanding sacred associations.
Historically, the temple was established in the late 18th century during the Maratha period with local patronage.
