Jakosäiliöitä

Jakosäiliöitä, known in English as distribution manifolds or hydraulic manifolds, are components used in hydraulic systems to distribute fluid flow from a single source to multiple actuators or circuits. They serve as a central hub, simplifying plumbing and control.

A typical jakosäiliö is a block of metal, often aluminum or steel, with a series of ports. These ports connect to the main hydraulic pump, return lines, and various control valves or actuators. By strategically placing valves and internal passages within the jakosäiliö, complex hydraulic functions can be achieved with reduced piping, fewer potential leak points, and a more compact design compared to traditional point-to-point plumbing.
