JPNIC

JPNIC, the Japan Network Information Center, is a non-profit organization that supports the Japanese Internet community by coordinating the allocation of Internet resources and providing related services. It functions as a local registry in the Asia-Pacific region and works with APNIC, the region’s Internet registry, to allocate IPv4 and IPv6 address space and Autonomous System numbers to Japanese networks, including Internet service providers, universities, and research institutions.
