APNIC
APNIC, the Asia Pacific Network Information Centre, is the Regional Internet Registry for the Asia Pacific region. It is one of the five RIRs that manage public Internet number resources by distributing IPv4 address space, IPv6 address space, and autonomous system numbers to Internet service providers, organizations, and other entities within its service area. APNIC also maintains the APNIC Whois Database, which records resource allocations and related information, and helps coordinate reverse DNS delegation for the region.
