Itoamo
Itoamo is a village located in the eastern part of Kagoshima Prefecture on the island of Kyushu, Japan. It falls within the administrative boundaries of the former Kagoshima District and is governed by a village council pursuant to the Local Autonomy Law of Japan. As of the latest national census in 2020, Itoamo has a population of approximately 4,200 residents spread across an area of 102 square kilometers, giving it a low population density characteristic of rural Kyushu communities.
