Interaktsoonimudelite, also known as interaction models, are frameworks used to describe and analyze the ways in which individuals, groups, or systems interact with each other. These models are widely used in various fields, including social sciences, computer science, and organizational behavior, to understand and predict the outcomes of interactions.

One of the most well-known interaction models is the Transactional Analysis (TA) model developed by Eric Berne. TA posits that individuals have three "egos" or parts of the self: Parent, Adult, and Child. Interactions between these egos can be analyzed to understand behavior and communication patterns.

In computer science, interaction models are crucial for designing user interfaces and systems. For example, the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture is an interaction model that separates the application logic (Model), user interface (View), and input handling (Controller) to improve code organization and maintainability.

In organizational behavior, the Stakeholder Theory model focuses on the interactions between an organization and its stakeholders. This model helps organizations identify and manage relationships with various stakeholders, such as employees, customers, and suppliers, to achieve their goals.

Interaction models provide a structured approach to understanding and improving interactions. By identifying key components and dynamics, these models help in designing more effective systems, improving communication, and enhancing overall performance.
