Inkluzívny

Inkluzívny (from the Slovak term "inkluzívny," derived from the English "inclusive") refers to a principle, practice, or approach that ensures equal participation, access, and opportunities for all individuals, regardless of their background, abilities, or differences. The concept emphasizes creating environments, systems, or communities where diversity is valued, and no one is systematically excluded or marginalized.

The term gained prominence in Slovak society as part of broader global movements advocating for inclusivity, particularly in education, employment, and social services. Inkluzívny approaches often involve adapting structures, policies, or communication to accommodate varying needs, such as those of people with disabilities, ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, or those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
