The procedure for a skin graft typically involves the following steps: the donor site is prepared, the skin is harvested, and then transplanted to the recipient site. The grafted area is then covered with a dressing to protect it from infection and promote healing.

Skin grafts are a valuable tool in reconstructive surgery, helping to restore function and appearance to patients who have suffered significant skin loss.
