ITILPraktiken
ITILPraktiken, or Information Technology Infrastructure Library Practices, is a set of detailed instructions for managing IT service delivery and infrastructure. Developed by the UK government's Office of Government Commerce (OGC), ITIL has become a globally recognized standard for IT service management (ITSM). The framework is designed to align IT services with the needs of the business, ensuring that IT delivers maximum value to the organization.
ITILPraktiken consists of five core publications, each focusing on a different aspect of ITSM:
