IIITDM

The Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing (IIITDM) is a group of institutes of national importance established by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. These institutes focus on information technology, design, and manufacturing, aiming to foster innovation and research in these interdisciplinary fields. The first IIITDM was established in Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu, followed by others in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, and Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.

Each IIITDM offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in areas such as computer science, electronics and communication engineering, mechanical engineering, and design. The curriculum is designed to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical applications, emphasizing project-based learning and industry collaboration. The institutes are equipped with modern laboratories and research facilities to support cutting-edge research and development.
