Husáks
Husáks is a term primarily used to refer to the generation of people born in Czechoslovakia during the period of high birth rates in the late 1960s and early 1970s. This demographic bulge is named after Gustáv Husák, the General Secretary of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, whose leadership coincided with this era of increased population growth. The "Husák generation," as they are also known, experienced their formative years under the socialist regime of normalization following the Prague Spring.
The term "Husáks" is not a formal demographic classification but rather a colloquial and sometimes pejorative
